To register and maintain an account on otbola, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction. otbola strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds forfeited.
Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law at the time you access our services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of otbola complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You must not be legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities due to bankruptcy, guardianship, conservatorship, or any other legal restriction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on otbola. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, bets voided, bonuses forfeited, and only the deposits made may be returned at our sole discretion.
To access otbola's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout the duration of your account.
otbola is required to verify the identity of all users as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and other documentation as we may reasonably request. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, withdrawals, and betting activities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify otbola of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. otbola shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
All transactions conducted through your account are deemed to be authorized by you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. otbola accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet providers including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect originates from a third party, involves money laundering, or violates any applicable law.
You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Processing times typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of request.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large withdrawals or where we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity. All transactions on otbola are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion margin.
otbola may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x wagering on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 5,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal).
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any bonus if we suspect abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, arbitrage betting, coordinated betting with other players, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of bets, and account termination.
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus is allowed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through creation of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
All bets are subject to acceptance by otbola. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect error, manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases of obvious error.
Bets are settled based on the official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game. In cases of dispute, otbola's decision on bet settlement shall be final. We reserve the right to void bets if we determine that the event outcome was affected by manipulation, cheating, or other integrity violations.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, otbola does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.
In the event of technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects bet placement or settlement, otbola reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
otbola integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, otbola's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You may close your otbola account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Unclaimed balances may be subject to dormancy fees after an extended period of inactivity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or if required by law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for cause, we may forfeit any remaining account balance and bonuses.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of otbola's services. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which otbola holds its operating license. To the extent not in conflict with such laws, the commercial practices and customs of Indonesia shall be given due consideration in interpretation of these Terms.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of otbola's services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our operating license.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against otbola.
